Pound cake on my mind

I saw a pound cake recipe on pinterest and I just had to try the vegan version....it intrigued me even more when I found out that it included tofu! Check out the recipe here:

I make the cake flour using the following recipe:

6 oz of tofu is equal 3/4 cup....threw it all together and voíla!
