Finally used the other half of the canned pumpkin! It wasn't completely one cup which is required for the recipe but it worked! These cookies are cakey, yummy n sweet! Next time I'll use half the amount of required sugar, but apart from that, recipe was great! Followed it to a 'T' from blog aptly named Vegan Yummines :D http://veganyumminess.com/vegan-pumpkin-cookies/ Enjoy!

Sundried tomato and garlic hummus and homemade sandwich bread
Haaaaamazing!!!! I got into one of my cooking sprees and I cooked my house down! I got a huge jar of sundried tomato and believe me I'm gonna use it.
I wanted to make bread, but I wasn't into the kneading. This recipe I can across seemed simple enough, all I needed to do was stir every hr and a half. http://www.veganbaking.net/breads-and-muffins/667-no-knead-whole-wheat-sandwich-bread so it wasn't as simple to stir as I thought it would be which was a stress. But by popular demand-according to Mom it smells like the bread of her childhood-I'm making some more.... I replaced the sweetener with molasses and added bran with wheatgerm! Good stuff.
Make the first hummus recipe I found and it was HAmazing!!! on the bread. The bread just about lasted two days so you know it was good! Enjoy :)

Roti is my middle name and i love me some sweet/sour anything is amazing for me so you know this meal took me THERE ;) I'll definitely be going back!
