Vegan Pumpkin Cookies

Finally used the other half of the canned pumpkin! It wasn't completely one cup which is required for the recipe but it worked! These cookies are cakey, yummy n sweet! Next time I'll use half the amount of required sugar, but apart from that, recipe was great!
