My new breakfast quick fix are pancakes, they are so simple, use little ingredients and with the following recipe I can throw anything I like in them: chocolate chips, cranberries...etc. The recipe below is from about.com and I threw cranberries in them tonight..Guess who is excited for breakfast tomorrow morning?!!!
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
